And The Angel of the Lord said...

Happy New Year Everyone!
I thought I would start 07' off with a recount of a conversation that took place between myself and our 3 year old daughter, Ailee last night.

Setting: [Jeff] was washing dishes in the kitchen when Ailee startled him upon entering the room dressed as an angel (basically, she was wearing one of Heather's headbands).

Ailee as The Angel: "Do not be afriad. I have good news! You are going to have a baby. And his name is Jesus. Now, go tell Mary." whispering "I'm Mary."

Ailee as Mary: "Joseph, do you have something to tell me?"

Jeff as Joseph(I guess): "Well, yes Mary. I do have something to tell you. An angel came to me and said that you are going to have a baby named Jesus."

Ailee as Mary: "Well, can you tell the angel no. I already have too many babies."

The End

Here I am again. Heather, I don't have your e-mail address to give you this info. Jim Gaddis e-mailed earlier this week that Chad's mother passed away on Friday last week. She had cancer, but she died from a blod clot unrelated to the cancer - it was unexpected, I guess. We're trying to chip in and send some flowers from the class. The funeral is Sat. Please comment on my blog if you'd like to know more info.
