Weddings, Michigan, and Summer Camp

I want to apologize for being neglecting the blog. The month of June has proven to be a busy one. The blogosphere is definitely a place I can't stay away from for too long. So here is a short recap and then back to the present.

June 2nd - Congratulations to my brother, Jay and his new bride Meaghan. It was a beautiful wedding and it was so good to see my little brother's face beam when the door's opened and his new wife stood in the entry shining brilliantly. There was also a super cute flower girl who just happened to by my daughter, Ailee.

June 8th - My wife and I flew up to Michigan where we both interviewed for pastoral positions at a church in Port Huron, MI. We recently accepted the jobs and will be moving in the later part of July. This is an amazing step for our family. We will be leaving our families behind and chasing after the heart of God. More to come about this later on.
June 17-22 - Last week I spoke and lead the music at two different youth camps. It was a blast and so much happened to confirm a love for student ministry in my heart. The students at both camps blessed me and I thank them for allowing me to have a place in their journeys.

We are now surrounded by boxes and getting ready for the next step. So enough about me and now back to more news about Paris Hilton.
